GraftPal 2026: New Features Roundup

We've been listening to your feedback, and 2026 is shaping up to be GraftPal's most ambitious year yet. Over the next twelve months, we're rolling out a series of updates designed to save you more time, give you better insights, and make managing leads from your phone as powerful as working from your desktop.

Smart Sequences

The headline feature is Smart Sequences, an upgraded automation engine that uses behavioural triggers to adapt your follow-up cadence in real time. If a prospect opens your email but doesn't reply, the sequence can automatically switch from email to a task reminding you to call. If they click a link to your pricing page, the sequence can fast-track them to a higher-priority follow-up. These conditional branches were previously available only in enterprise-grade platforms, and we're bringing them to every GraftPal plan at no extra cost.

Native Integrations

On the integrations front, we're launching native connections with QuickBooks, Xero, Calendly, and Zapier. The accounting integrations will let you generate invoices directly from closed deals, eliminating the double-entry that wastes time at the end of every month. The Calendly integration embeds your booking link inside lead records so prospects can schedule calls without leaving GraftPal. And the Zapier connector opens the door to thousands of additional apps, from form builders to project management tools.

Redesigned Mobile App

Finally, the GraftPal mobile app is getting a ground-up redesign. The new app features a streamlined pipeline view optimised for one-handed use, voice-to-text note entry, and the ability to create and send proposals on the go. Beta testers have reported a forty percent reduction in the time it takes to update a deal from their phone. The redesigned app will be available on iOS and Android starting in March 2026.
