How to connect
Connect Zapier in 4 steps
API access is part of the Scale plan. On Scale you can create API keys and connect Zapier; Starter and Growth workspaces can upgrade at any time.

Create a GraftPal API key
On the Scale plan, go to Settings → API keys in GraftPal and choose Create API key. Give it a name you will recognise, copy the key and keep it somewhere safe. Keys are read-only and belong to one workspace; you can delete one at any time to cut off access.

Start a Zap on a schedule
In Zapier, create a Zap with Schedule by Zapier as the trigger (for example every hour).

Request your GraftPal data
Add a Webhooks by Zapier action, choose GET, enter the endpoint you need and add an Authorisation header with your key.

Send it where you need it
Add the next steps: a filter for new records, then Slack, Sheets, your accounting app or anything else. Test the Zap and turn it on.
API keys are read-only and belong to one workspace. You can see and delete them in Settings → API keys, and access stops the moment a key is deleted.
