How to connect
Connect QuickBooks in 4 steps
Coming soon: if QuickBooks isn't listed as available in your Settings → Integrations yet, connect it with Zapier or Make using the GraftPal API in the meantime.

Open integrations
In GraftPal, go to Settings → Integrations and find QuickBooks.

Sign in to QuickBooks
Choose Connect, sign in to Intuit and pick the QuickBooks company to link.

Choose what to sync
Pick whether to send invoices, payments or both.

Bill as usual
Keep invoicing in GraftPal; QuickBooks stays up to date in the background.
You stay in control: approve exactly what GraftPal can access in QuickBooks, and disconnect at any time from either side.
